Designed for clean operation, all our equipment is built for the purpose of handling the heat in a manner that no other cooking tools can provide. Our mobile kitchen allows us to practice any cooking method we desire accurately and carefully. As if it was a part of a scientific experiment.

Starting with the best pine fire-wood on the market, using special smoking devices to season it with fresh Cherry or Maple wood smoke, we practice our knowledge of the fact that great gourmet food starts with great ingredients. We only use lump charcoal, letting no processing get in our way of achieving the best fire there is, like it used to be forever. As it should be. Our ingredients start with the basics. We only add the food later.

We look for the best burning material, just as we look for the best Sirloin Steak. We spend nights on the drawing board designing the finest grill and BBQ devices, just as we spend days improving an oyster dish again and again to perfection. We like our art to be perfect.
